Since 2019,transparenthandsandheartssavelives has worked to help people who confront enormous hardship to recover from disasters and improve the quality of their lives. The tradition of direct and targeted assistance, provided in a manner that respects and involves the people served, has been a hallmark of the organization since its founding.transparenthandsandhearts is a non government organisation operating in uganda Mukono along Kayunga Road which started in August 2019
it is a community based organisation with 200 helpless children from remote families others were got from streets the number of orphans and vulnerable children living in Uganda has been escalating at an alarming rate
we want to change lives of these children some of those children have lost their parents to HIV/AIDS-related complications, wars in our country and suffer the following problems that challenged us to start up a stretching hand to the orphans, vulnerable and needy children in Uganda.

The chidren will be reunited.
One of us has a grand mum who is still alive and she stays with these children in Mukono.
We are building our great report with local police and village local leaders who bring the worst orphan cases to authorities any child who has been abandoned,injured or is sick is brought to the center from hence we gladly take them in

We are in position to achieve this by providing the children with Medical care, Education and spiritual development.
